Lauren Thomsen
Practice Manager & Legal Assistant
Lauren graduated from the University of Canterbury in 2024 with a Bachelor of Laws. In November 2024, Lauren was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.
Lauren joined Ross’ practice in July 2023 as Practice Manager and Legal Assistant, providing legal and administrative support to the practice.

Sharon Zhou
Junior Barrister Associate
Sharon graduated from the University of Auckland in 2019 with a Bachelor of Education (Teaching) and subsequently graduated from the University of Auckland in 2023 with a Bachelor of Laws.
Sharon joined Ross’ practice in April 2023 as his Law Clerk. She was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in February 2024 and is now employed as a Junior Barrister Associate.
